College of DIETITIANS of Ontario

This practice helps streamline communication of registration decisions.

In the past, the College of Dietitians of Ontario (CDO) sent paper copies of decisions to panel chairs to sign and return by courier.

To communicate decisions to applicants more quickly, the CDO adopted the use of electronic signatures. Under the new approach, the final approved decisions have the signature added and printed immediately. This new procedure eliminates delays of two to four days.
