This practice offers an approach to measuring clarity and usability of the registration information.

The Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) provides an abundance of registration information on its website.

The OCT updated the Frequently Asked Questions section to include comment options so applicants can assess the clarity of the information for each question. The OCT asks applicants to rate each response and provide additional comments. If applicants are still not finding the answers they need, the OCT invites them to call or email using the phone number and email address provided. The OCT then uses all of the comments to measure the clarity and usability of its registration information.
