This practice will interest regulators who want to use surveys to monitor needs and improve their systems.

The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) conducted a member survey. Its purpose was to evaluate existing communications, including registration information, and better understand the needs of members. More than 2,200 people responded.

CPO used the survey results to improve its website and the telecommunications technologies it uses to communicate with members.
