Each regulated profession gives a yearly Fair Registration Practices Report to the Office of the Fairness Commissioner. The report describes the profession's progress in meeting the requirements of the fair-access legislation.
The report's content is specified in Fair Registration Practices Reports: Guidelines for Ontario's Regulatory Bodies (PDF 129 KB).
Fair Registration Practices Reports are public information. Regulatory bodies must make their reports available to the public by March 30 of each year.
In addition to analyzing them, the OFC gives them to the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care (for health regulators) or the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration (for non-health regulators).
